Topic: CompleteLandlord tenant screening tool
Hi, I'm a new property manager, and I'm looking to run a few credit checks on potential renters. I was wondering if someone could tell me--has anyone used the tenant screening tool that is on this (CompleteLandlord) website? I like that it appears to include all the reports I'm interested in in a single document, and it doesn't seem too pricey ($24.95), but I haven't noticed anyone on this forum mentioning using it. Is there a reason for that? I'm a "small business"--only the one rental property, looking for just a few renters in all. If anyone HAS used it, can someone tell me what I need to do to use it?
