Should we pull credit reports on the students who have such a short credit history or pull their parents?

Complete waste of money!!! None of them get a chance to mess up their credit before they get to you. i have never worked for a company that did credit checks on Collegiate Properties and actually we didn't on the parents either, but we never advertised that
