We have a home that we are wanting to put on the market and also have a tenant that is currenty residing in the home. According to the lease we can change the rules of the lease. Does this apply to cutting the contract short? We offered her to stay in the home until it is in the closing process and from that point we would give her the last 30 days free of charge. Does this justify the change? We also want to take pictures of the inside to post on the realtor website, does this violate her rights? PLEASE HELP!
