Topic: Need to sell properties at short sale
Hi, I'm losing money on 2 rental properties - a quad and a triplex. I've tried to sell them on craigslist and kijiji. I get interested people, but no contracts. I'm running out of money and my rates will adjust in April. The bank is willing to deal, but I just need contracts! Know of any other websites or manner in which I can try to sell them? Thanks!
