Need to sell properties at short sale

Hi, I'm losing money on 2 rental properties - a quad and a triplex. I've tried to sell them on craigslist and kijiji. I get interested people, but no contracts. I'm running out of money and my rates will adjust in April. The bank is willing to deal, but I just need contracts! Know of any other websites or manner in which I can try to sell them? Thanks!

selling home

We have a home that we are wanting to put on the market and also have a tenant that is currenty residing in the home. According to the lease we can change the rules of the lease. Does this apply to cutting the contract short? We offered her to stay in the home until it is in the closing process and from that point we would give her the last 30 days free of charge. Does this justify the change? We also want to take pictures of the inside to post on the realtor website, does this violate her rights? PLEASE HELP!

I was wondering if the deposit that was put down on a rental property is deducted from the profit when you sell it. Example: If I bought a property for $80,000 and put $10,000 down; then sold it for $100,000...is my profit $10,000?
