Topic: Motion Detector lights
ANyone know a good brand for motion detector lights - I'm thinking about puttingthese in for my backyard. THere's an alley behind my building and we've had a few stray people come in and try to break in. Maybe they were'nt stray, but I think a light would help.

I typically charge one month's rent, but it is possible to charge more. Check with your state's guidelines as there is most likely a maximum you can charge.
