aLL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MAKE SURE ALL THE DOORS LOCK. aND ALL THE WINDOWS LOCK . ALSO HAVE FIRE ALARMS THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE. mAKE SURE THE IS NO LEAKS ANY WHERE. yOU KNOW JUST CLEAN AND READY TO RENT .lIKE HAVE ALL THE CABITS DOORS AND A FIRE EXTINGUISHER.

Check the local CHAC website and they'll give you a check list of what they look for in their inspection. And, you can tell them you have a unit for Section 8 residents. They inspect prior to letting a tenant move in, and then once a year. IT's easy, but remember, you still need to do a tenant screening on any section 8 tenant, just like anyone else you may rent to.
