Topic: Lincoln RI Housing (Rental )
I was going to rent my 3 family, 3 Bedrooms each floor dubble polors w/sliders going out onto a privet deck,per-floor, kitchen, pantry & full bathroom on each floor. I Dont include heat or Elc. Also a big feniced in yard in a nice Lincoln Rhode Island Town.I was thinking about renting out to familys on Houseing, But I wasnt sure how much The State or town would pay, I can not find a Guid line Rantal Price list any place. I do have a bank payment to make every month and did buy the house as and investment. Could you let me know what typ of rents I could get.

yOU CAN CALL AND ASK HOW MUCH THAT THEY'LL PAY AND IF IT ISN'T AROUND ABOUT WHAT YOU WAS WANTING THE TENANT CAN PAY THE DIFFERDNCE.

Contact your local public housing authority or consortium to have your rental units placed on their availability lists. They can also tell you what the HUD Fair Market Rents are for the size and type of rental units you are offereing, along with the Section 8 Payment Standards for your area.
