Topic: rent and forclosure
My landlord is in forclosure and I wanted to know if I am still liable for paying rent to him because this puts me in a bad situation cause I have to seek living quarters eslewhere. It' been 7 months since he's made a payment and I'm just finding out. Also would it be possible for me to purchase the house? I love this place and I don't want to leave.

You should still make rent payments - sinc eyou are living there.

I would talk to your landlord about the option of purchasing the building from him. Clearly, he is in trouble and may want to sell it to you.
