Topic: Calculating Rent
I am getting ready to rent out my house and I can't figure out how much to ask for rent. The house is in Tulsa, OK. It is almost 1200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 car garage. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to calculate rent? Thanks!

Yes its actually pretty simple grab a newspaper and see what everyone else is charging for something as close to what your property is like, try to charge enough to cover your expenses IE mortgage payment, insurance, property taxes but dont go as high as a mortgage payment would cost ya know. good luck
