Topic: 3day pay or quit notice.
Hi, This is my first time renting my own unit. I gave keys to the tenant who paid one month security deposit and paid 3days or rent and promised to send the rest the following day Western Union and mail the rent application. He did not do what he promised and I gave him a 3day notice. What is my next step? Today is the second day. Any response is very much appreciated. Amy
