Topic: Difficulty Renting Our Units
We have 10 units and only 3 are rented at this time and those tenants are hanging by a thread. We have nice units, they're clean, we have good leases, basic rules & regulations, rent is w/i guidelines. We get a lot of "lookers" but no takers. These units have been empty for months. We cannot figure out what we are doing wrong or if people maybe just don't plain like us. we take what we do seriously; it's over livelihood, but if we cannot rent these units soon it's going to break the bank! What do you all do to market your properties? What works best for you?

Wow noone replying? my first guess would be that there probably one bedroom. but whatever they may be try these things a FOR RENT sign (obviosly) also one near your busy street, local newspaper/internet, enhance your curb appeal possibly offer 1 month free rent, be sure your rent is'nt set too high by checking with you near competition you mentioned the insides are nice ask for another opinion on that and finnaly simply ask your callers or viewers. hope this helps. be nice, be strong, hang on and good luck -Tony
