Topic: out of line landlord
hi is it out of line for a land lord to come and go as he pleases without notice, ask to see tenants friends body parts for him to be nice to tenant or charge a pet deposit for stray cats in neighborhood because they walk across the property or to tell other tenants ur crazy and u arent to visit them or tell u who can and cant come to ur home or request 1/2 of our garge when its the only access to our home theres one door in and out where up stairs the only door is the garge door if there where a fire we'd be done oru land lord comes and looks in our windows tells my company they cant be here or he'll call the cops for them tress passing we are zoned for a third bedroom to the front house we share power water waterheater he has even paddlelocked my door from the out side with me inside because i was in the shower and didnt ansewer the door to him he belittles me and yells at me as if im trash is wife works for the city and he the post office he pushes his wt around because for where he works he is a jerk charges a hundred dollars a day for rent paid after the 1st cash only both us and people in front whats up with that why dont we move there is no where in san diego that has the perporty we have space between us and the next home is awsome
