Topic: Umbrella Policy
A friend recommended I buy an Umbrella Insurance policy since I own several buildings. Is this a good idea?

Your friend is giving you good advise re. getting an umbrella policy - its relatively inexpensive for a million or more of liability protection. Make sure your agent references your properties (addresses) to be covered.

Bsides setting up an LLC, you should get an umbrella policy to protect you from general risks. Any insurance company can sell you one. I use State Farm.
