Topic: my rights
I have been renting my home to the same tenant for over 2 years while I attend school in another state. I just learned that my tenant was busted in a drug raid and is in jail. His emergency contact number is no longer good. Any help or suggestions as far as evicting him and what to do with his stuff would be greatly appreciated! Also, is there any chance in myself getting in any kind of trouble for this? I don't even live in the same state, had no idea what was going on, but I am worried about losing my house to the FBI.
