How will I receive the Complete Landlord product / downloads?
Upon successfully completing your purchase, you will receive an email with download instructions. Hard copies of the book and forms are not provided.
Are your documents compatible with my computer system?
Our products are provided in Microsoft Word and PDF formats so they automatically work on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 10 as long as you have Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 or 360. They are also are compatible with Apple / Mac assuming you have Office for Mac.
Does the Complete Landlord guide and forms apply to the specific laws in my jurisdiction?
It is our intention to provide as much area specific information to our purchasers as possible however, it would be a great task to cover the laws and requirements of every jurisdiction in a single book! As such, we did the next best thing.
First, The Complete Landlord® e-Guide and landlord forms we deliberately created to apply to property managers everywhere. For example, our forms contain typical verbiage with many fill-ins so the user may specify their particular jurisdictional laws. The book identifies the individual issues every landlord will need to research in order to develop policies, procedures and forms. This is important since the time you take to learn strategies, research landlord-tenant laws will allow you to actively develop your own practices and forms and will be an essential part of your education and success as a landlord. Individual area links will provide dozens of landlord-tenant law resources in your jurisdiction including information on landlord and real estate associations (which are often the greatest informational sources of all).

How do I modify the Word forms to suit my needs?
To edit certain forms, you may need to unprotect the Word document. No password is required.
Depending on your version of Word, that could be as easy as going to Word’s menu and click the “Review” tab, click “Restrict Editing” and then click “Stop Protection.”
What is the refund policy?
Since our product is downloadable in Word and PDF formats, we do not offer refunds.
