– Executive Editor/CEO. Bill likes to be involved with all aspects of
the business. The team enjoys his input as Bill and his wife, Renda, have been
real estate investors and landlords for years. They have weathered many small
property real estate leasing and financing cycles together as hands-on
investor-operators. Bill brings significant leadership, start-up, and
entrepreneurial experience to the process.
The CompleteLandlord.com Advisory Team
– We’ve assembled a diverse team of more than a dozen landlords from places
such as Ohio, Texas, Georgia and Illinois (just to name a few). This Team is
not afraid to mix it up and share the real scoop on what it’s like to be a
landlord. They review and comment on (and sometimes argue) our product in order
to share insights with us (and you) on money and time saving strategies and
tips to help build real wealth with investment properties. The Advisory Team
includes landlords who own, manage and have sold both large and small multi-
