Section: Regional News - The Vietnam-RoK Housing Planning and Development Limited Liabilities Company (VK Housing) will invest in building a high-grade apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City's Tan My residential area.

The complex, a joint venture between Vietnam's Housing Planning and Development Co., Ltd and P&D Korea and Lucky Vietnam will be build at a cost of 300 million USD with the foreign partners coming in for 80 percent of the financing.

Covering an area of 8.3 ha, the project will include eight buildings of between 26-30 floors and a total of 2,064 apartments.

Work on the complex is expected to be completed in December 2011.

VK Housing will also invest 11 billion VND (687,500 USD) in building a 4-storey school in the city's District 7. - VNA
